There was one company under review, Evraz Inc. NA, and Commerce assigned it a 36.02% AD rate. Commerce said that after the preliminary results of the review were published, it reviewed comments and made changes to its calculations for Evraz, resulting in a much higher rate, rising from the preliminary determination of 1.04%.
Commerce will assess AD at importer-specific rates for entries from Evraz during the period May 1, 2020, through April 30, 2021.
For exporters of subject merchandise that were not under review (i.e., all except Evraz), cash deposit rates remain at the level set in the most recent review of each respective company. If the exporter has never been assigned its own AD rate but the manufacturer has, the rate assigned to the manufacturer applies. For merchandise manufactured and exported by companies that have never been assigned a cash deposit rate by Commerce, the all others rate of 12.32% applies.
(The review period is 05/01/20 - 04/30/21. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 2206030053 for a summary of the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
