enter into effect Dec. 1. After receiving comments on the proposed changes, the Federal Circuit said that it is "now deferring the adoption" of the changes until a later date. Now, on Dec. 1 the court will post a revised version of the Federal Circuit Rules of Practice that has new amendments to Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure 25 and 42, "which do not impact this court's local rules or procedures."
