Under the Russia sanctions list, OFSI amended the entry for Eugene Markovich Shvidler, the former nonexecutive director of Evraz. In the notice, OFSI took out the word "longstanding" from the sentence "Shvidler is a longstanding business partner of Roman ... Abramovich." The agency further said that Shvidler benefited from the government of Russia, justifying his placement on the sanctions list, by owning Evraz and carrying out business in "sectors of strategic significance to the Government of Russia."

OFSI also amended one entry under its North Korea sanctions list, updating the listing for Kim Sok Chol, the former North Korean ambassador to Myanmar. The agency changed the listings of Burma to Myanmar. Under the Myanmar sanctions regime, OFSI amended 36 entries, including for military officials, government ministers and individuals in law enforcement.

Under the Global Human Rights sanctions list, OFSI amended the entries for Min Aung Hlaing, Soe Win, the Myanmar Economic Corp. and the Maynamr Economic Holdings Public Co. Ltd. to update references to Burma to Myanmar. The agency also corrected identifying information in the entries for Oleg Silchenko and Pabon Fabio Zavarse.
