For exporters of subject merchandise that were not under review (i.e., all except the company listed below), cash deposit rates remain at the level set in the most recent review of each respective company. If the exporter has never been assigned its own AD rate but the manufacturer has, the rate assigned to the manufacturer applies. For merchandise manufactured and exported by companies that have never been assigned a cash deposit rate by Commerce, the all others rate of 15.45% applies.

New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect Nov. 10

For entries on or after Nov. 10, the date of publication of these final results in the Federal Register, Commerce is setting new AD duty cash deposit rates for subject merchandise produced or exported by the sole respondent under review, as follows:

ExporterAD Rate
Pastificio Di Martino Gaetano e Flli S.p.A. and Pastificio dei Campi S.p.A . *6.6%

* Commerce determined this is a single entity.

Assessment Rates for Entries July 2020 - June 2021

Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries between July 1, 2020, and June 30, 2021. For entries from Pastificio Di Martino, Commerce is calculating importer-specific AD rates. Any other exporters will be subject to rates indicated above.

(The review period is 07/01/20 - 06/30/21. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 2108020032 for a summary of the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
