Preserved Mushrooms: Prelim AD Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect for Poland, Spain, the Netherlands
The Commerce Department made preliminary affirmative antidumping determinations that preserved mushrooms from Poland (A-455-806), Spain (A-469-825) and the Netherlands (A-821-815) are being sold at less than fair value. The agency will impose AD duty cash requirements on entries of subject merchandise beginning on Nov. 3, the scheduled publication date of these preliminary determinations in the Federal Register.

Commerce is conducting an AD investigation on preserved mushrooms from France, suspending liquidation and imposing AD duty cash deposit requirements in a preliminary determination issued in September (see 2209120042).
Commerce calculated a zero percent AD duty rate for Prochamp in its preliminary determination for the Netherlands. If Commerce continues to set a zero rate for this company (or any other exporters) in its final determination, it will be exempt from any AD duty order issued in connection with this investigation.
​AD Suspension of Liquidation and Cash Deposit Requirements
Commerce will instruct CBP to suspend liquidation for all entries of subject merchandise from Poland, Spain and the Netherlands (except for entries from Prochamp) that are entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after Nov. 3, and require AD duty cash deposits as follows:
