Italy Pasta: Amended Prelim Results of AD Admin Review
The Commerce Department is amending a list of companies for which the review was rescinded in the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on certain pasta from Italy (A-475-818) covering the period July 1, 2020, through June 30, 2021 (see 2208010055).

Commerce said in a notice of correction published Sept. 13 that one of the companies "listed in Appendix II is 'Pastificio Liguori dal 1870 SpA.' This is not the correct name of the company on which we intended to rescind the review."
It said the actual name of the company for which the review was rescinded is Liguori Pastificio dal 1820 S.p.A., and that name will replace Pastificio Liguori dal 1870 SpA on the list, effective Sept. 13.
