The agency preliminarily found that KG Steel Corp. (dba KG Dongbu Steel Co., Ltd.) (KG Steel) is the successor-in-interest to KG Dongbu Steel Co., Ltd. (KG Dongbu Steel), in the preliminary results of a changed circumstances review. The agency preliminarily found KG Steel continues to operate as the same business entity despite the name change. If Commerce confirms its finding in the final results, KG Steel may inherit the AD duty rates assigned to KG Dongbu Steel in the various AD/CVD reviews.
