Southworth Products Corporation, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its steel subassemblies of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 8427.90.0090 and secondary subheading 9903.88.01, dutiable at 25%, should be classified under HTS subheadings 8431.20.0000 and 9903.88.07, both free of duty. #22-00206. Zhejiang Dadongwu Greenhome Wood Co. Ltd., challenging the Commerce Department's final results in the administrative review of the countervailing duty order on multilayered wood flooring from China, covering entries in 2019. #22-00207. Filed July 14.
