Brazil, Argentina, Canada Issue AD Actions on Chinese Imports
Brazil, Argentina and Canada recently announced antidumping duty actions and decisions on certain products from mainland China, the Hong Kong Trade Development Council reported July 6.

Brazil rescinded its AD order on certain table glassware from China, the report said. Brazil’s review was “hampered by the lack of reliability of the data submitted by the domestic industry.”
Argentina issued an AD order on certain Chinese “metal protection” fan grills, HKTDC said. Those imports will face a 79% AD rate for the next five years.
Canada announced the results of an AD review that will establish the “normal values and export prices applicable” to certain carbon steel fasteners exported to Canada by China’s Robertson Inc. The change applied to all shipments from June 28. Canada also ended its AD review for certain upholstered furniture exported by China’s Henglin Home Furnishings Co. Ltd. HKTDC said the review requests were withdrawn.
