The new rates, which will also apply for importer assessment purposes, are as follows:

|---|---|
| Riverside Plywood Corporation / Baroque Timber (Zhongshan) Industries / Suzhou Times Flooring Co., Ltd. / Zhongshan Lianjia Flooring Co., Ltd. | 12.74% |

| Review Average Rate (Applicable to 66 companies) | 9.85% |
Review average rate. The review average rate of 9.85% is applicable to 66 companies listed in Appendix II of Commerce's notice of final results. See the notice for a full list.
No shipments. Commerce found 11 companies -- Anhui, Benxi, Shengyu, Dexin, Yuhui, Kingman, Muchsee, Power Dekor, Yingyi-Nature, Shiyou, and New Material -- did not have any exports to the U.S. during the period of review. Commerce said it is rescinding the administrative review of these companies. These companies' CV duty cash deposit rates will not change, and any entries under their case numbers will be liquidated at the “all-others” rate. Commerce also is rescinding the review for Hengtong in the final results, having left it in the review following the preliminary results.
