China Narrow Woven Ribbons: Prelim Results of CV Admin Review
The Commerce Department issued the preliminary results of its countervailing duty administrative review on narrow woven ribbons from China (C-570-953). Changes to cash deposit rates set by this review would take effect beginning on the date of publication of the final results in the Federal Register. The final results of this review will also be used to set importer assessments for entries from the companies under review during calendar year 2020.

Because the requests for review for Changtai Rongshu Textile Co., Ltd. (Changtai Rongshu) and Yangzhou Bestpak Gifts and Crafts Co., Ltd. (Yangzhou Bestpak) were withdrawn, Commerce is rescinding this administrative review with respect to the two companies.
For all 2020 entries of subject merchandise exported by all other Chinese companies, Commerce has ordered liquidation “as entered” for entries during the period of review from all exporters for which a review was not requested (ADCVDWeb Message # 1347404).
