South Korea Large Diameter Welded Pipe: Prelim Results of CV Admin Review
The Commerce Department issued the preliminary results of a countervailing duty administrative review of large diameter welded pipe from South Korea (C-580-898). This review covers subject merchandise from the exporters under review entered during calendar year 2020.

Commerce also is rescinding the review for five companies because the requests for review were withdrawn, and for 18 additional companies determined to have had no shipments of subject goods during the review period. See Commerce's notice for a full list.
Commerce also recently issued the preliminary results of an antidumping duty administrative review of large diameter welded pipe from South Korea (A-580-897) (see 2206030037).
Cash Deposit Requirements
For companies that remain subject to review, new CV duty cash deposit requirements may take effect beginning on the date of publication of the final results in the Federal Register. Commerce preliminarily calculated the following CV duty cash deposit rates:
