Commerce said the correction results in a change in the AD rate assigned to Nanjing Kingmore, which drops from 18.87% to 15.04%. Also, Commerce is revising the dumping margin applicable to the four companies not selected for individual examination in this administrative review, which is based partly on Nanjing Kingmore’s AD rate.
The revised rates are as follows:
| Exporter | AD Rate |
|---|---|
| Nanjing Kingmore Logistics Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. | 15.04% |
| Jiangsu Nova Intelligent Logistics Equipment Co., Ltd. | 12.29% |
| Nanjing Ironstone Storage Equipment Co., Ltd. | 12.29% |
| Suzhou (China) Sunshine Hardware & Equipment Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. | 12.29% |
| Xiamen Luckyroc Industry Co., Ltd. | 12.29% |
