India Stainless Steel Flanges: Final Results of CV Admin Review
The Commerce Department published the final results of a countervailing duty administrative review of stainless steel flanges from India (C-533-878). The review covered subject merchandise from the exporters under review entered during calendar year 2019.

Commerce said it made no changes to the rates calculated in the preliminary results of this review. The new CV rates take effect May 9.

For all non-reviewed firms, Commerce will instruct CBP to continue to collect cash deposits of estimated countervailing duties at the most recent company-specific or all-others rate applicable to the company, as appropriate.
