  • ACE Production Standard Invasive Maintenance, April 30 10 a.m. to 4 a.m. May 1 EDT (here)
  • UPDATE on Section 301 China Reinstatement of Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States and two additional HTS numbers identified: importers are now able to file entries and PSCs with the appropriate chapter 99 number to either pay Section 301 duties or claim the exclusion to obtain refunds of duties paid (here)
  • ACE CBP Forms Application Hotlist for Trade view has been restored as of April 28 at 1:38 p.m. EDT (see 2204280021) (here)
  • Updated ACE Development and Deployment Schedule (here)
  • CBP is aware that sometimes there is an issue with May Proceeds not being received from some PGAs: CBP is troubleshooting as of April 28 at 11:28 a.m. EDT and will provide a message when the issue is resolved (here)
  • Follow up to message # 51740089 (the one listed above) as of April 28 at 4:46 p.m. EDT, for entries with EPA data: while CBP is troubleshooting the issue, for entries filed with EPA data, EPA will provide status reviews via email, when needed, until the issue is resolved (here).
