New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect April 14
For entries on or after April 14, the date these final results are scheduled to be published in the Federal Register, Commerce is setting new AD duty cash deposit rates for the following companies:
| Exporter | AD Rate |
|---|---|
| Maquilacero S.A. de C.V. | 0.52% |
| Productos Laminados de Monterrey S.A. de C.V. (Prolamsa) | 1.37% |
For exporters of subject merchandise that were not under review (i.e., all except the two companies listed in the table above), cash deposit rates remain at the level set in the most recent review of each respective company. If the exporter has never been assigned its own AD rate but the manufacturer has, the rate assigned to the manufacturer applies. For merchandise manufactured and exported by companies that have never been assigned a cash deposit rate by Commerce, the “all others” rate of 4.91% applies.
Assessment Rates for Entries September 2019 - August 2020
Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries Sept. 1, 2019, through Aug. 31, 2020. For entries from Maquilacero and Prolamsa, Commerce is calculating importer-specific AD duty rates. Commerce will assess AD duties at rates listed above for the other companies subject to this review.
(The review period is 09/01/19 - 08/31/20. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 2110080062 for a summary of the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
