China Aluminum Foil: Amended Final Results of AD Admin Review
The Commerce Department is amending the recently issued final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on aluminum foil from China (A-570-053) to correct "inadvertent, unintentional errors" it said it made in calculating the rate for certain companies. These amended final results will be used to set final assessments of AD duties on importers for subject merchandise entered April 1, 2019, through March 31, 2020. The new rates are applicable as of Feb. 17.

Commerce said the change is to reflect the correction of a ministerial error in the calculation of the AD rate assigned to Jiangsu Zhongji, which changes from 62.02% to 63.52%. Also, Commerce is revising the dumping margin applicable to the seven companies not selected for individual examination in this administrative review, which is based entirely on Zhongji’s AD rate.

Assessment Rates for Entries April 2019 - March 2020
Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these amended final results to calculate assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries April 1, 2019, through March 31, 2020. Commerce will calculate importer-specific rates for entries from Jiangsu Zhongji. Entries from all other exporters covered by this review will be liquidated at the rates listed above.
