China Aluminum Sheet: Amended Final Results of AD Admin Review
The Commerce Department is amending the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on common alloy aluminum sheet (aluminum sheet) from China (A-570-073) it issued in December 2021, to correct "inadvertent, unintentional errors" it said it made in calculating the rate for certain companies. These amended final results will be used to set final assessments of AD duties on importers for subject merchandise entered June 22, 2018, through Jan. 31, 2020. The new rates are applicable as of Feb. 4.

Commerce said the change is to reflect the correction of a ministerial error in the calculation of the weighted-average dumping margin assigned to Jiangsu Alcha Aluminum Co., Ltd., Baotou Alcha Aluminum Co., Ltd., and Alcha International Holdings Limited (collectively, Alcha), which changes from 56.93% to 58.61%. Also, Commerce is revising the dumping margin applicable to the company not selected for individual examination in this administrative review, Yinbang Clad Material Co., Ltd. (Yinbang Clad), which is based entirely on Alcha’s weighted-average dumping margin.
The revised rates are as follows:
| Exporter | AD Rate |
|---|---|
| Jiangsu Alcha Aluminum Group Co., Ltd. / Baotou Alcha Aluminum Co., Ltd. / Alcha International Holdings Limited | 58.61% |
| Yinbang Clad Material Co., Ltd. | 58.61% |

Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these amended final results to calculate assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries June 22, 2018, through Jan. 31, 2020. Commerce will liquidate entries during that period at the rates listed above.
(The review period is 06/22/18 - 01/31/20.
