(Ozdemir AS) is the successor-in-interest to Ozdemir Boru Profil Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Sirketi (Ozdemir Ltd. Sti.). The agency found that Ozdemir AS continues to operate as the same business entity other than the name change. Ozdemir AS will inherit the AD duty rate assigned to Ozdemir Ltd. Sti., currently 35.66%.
