The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit during the week of Nov. 29 - Dec. 5:

Al Ghurair Iron & Steel LLC, challenging a Sept. 24 CIT decision upholding the Commerce Department's final determination of circumvention of the antidumping duty and countervailing duty orders on corrosion-resistant steel products from China. #22-1199. Filed Nov. 30.

GODACO Seafood Joint Stock Company, challenging a Sept. 27 CIT decision sustaining the Commerce Department's second remand results following the 13th administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain frozen fish fillets from Vietnam. #22-1202. Filed Dec. 1.
