The preliminary determination had been due by Dec. 30 (see 2111010042). The agency decided to postpone after the petitioners that requested the investigation -- Bomsan Mannesmann Pipe U.S., Inc.; PTC Liberty Tubulars LLC; U.S. Steel Tubular Products, Inc.; the United Steel, Paper and Forestry, Rubber, Manufacturing, Energy, Allied Industrial and Service Workers International Union, AFL-CIO, CLC; and Welded Tube USA, Inc. -- asked for an extension.
