Cummins Inc. and Cummins Turbo Technologies Limited, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its compressor (turbine) housings of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 8414.90.4165 qualify for Section 301 product exclusions under either secondary subheading 9903.88.14 or 9903.88.06. #21-00517. The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were recently filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit:
ABB Enterprise Software Inc., appealing a July 9 CIT decision sustaining the second remand results in the fourth administrative review of the antidumping duty order on large power transformers from South Korea. #21-2312. Filed Sept. 15.
