Aluminum Extrusions From China (A-570-967/C-570-968). Kingtom Aluminio, seeking a scope ruling that its aluminum extrusions made in the Dominican Republic using aluminum ingots and scrap cast into billets in the Dominican Republic are not covered by AD/CV duties. Filed June 9.
Common Alloy Aluminum Sheet From China (A-570-073/C-570-074). Hammond Power Solutions, requesting a scope ruling that its beveled aluminum foil conductor for transformer coil windings is not subject to AD/CV duties. Filed June 9.​
