FD Sales Company, LLC, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its flooring and tools were granted Section 301 duty exclusions and are entitled to refunds on additional duties paid at the time of entry. #21-00224. Filed May 7.

The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were recently filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit:
Meyer Corporation, U.S., appealing a March 1 CIT decision that denied Meyer the use of first sale valuation on its cookware imports from China and Thailand. #21-1932. Opened May 10.
