ACE, CBP said in a March 12 CSMS message. CBP previously allowed for 60 days for importers to rectify the filings with post summary corrections (see 2102030030). “This message provides notification that an additional 30 days has been granted for a total of ninety days from February 2, 2021, the date of issuance of the initial CSMS message, to comply with this request,” CBP said.
