Novolipetsk Steel Public Joint Stock Company and Novex Trading (Swiss) SA, appealing a Nov. 30 CIT decision that sustained the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on certain hot-rolled flat-rolled carbon-quality steel products from Russia covering entries in 2016-17. #21-1622.
