Subcommittee ranking member Cathy McMorris Rodgers, R-Wash., praised Trump. “As scammers and bad actors take advantage of American consumers during COVID-19, and the international data privacy landscape continues to change, we must do whatever we can to keep Americans’ data safe,” the lawmakers said.
