Harris used a fake name when dealing with the shipping company and said his packages contained “household items,” Justice alleged. Federal agents searched through the packages at the warehouse and found pistols, rifles, receivers, ammunition magazines and 815 rounds of ammunition hidden in packages of diapers, cat litter and laundry detergent, Justice said. If convicted, Harris faces a maximum 80-year prison sentence, with a fine of more than $3.7 million and three years of supervised release.
