  • CBSA issues notice of expiry review investigation for whole potatoes. The CITT on July 29, 2020 initiated an expiry review of its order it made on September 25, 2015 concerning the dumping of certain whole potatoes. In response to the CITT’s expiry review, the CBSA has initiated an expiry review investigation to determine, whether the expiry of the order is likely to result in the continuation or resumption of dumping of whole potatoes originating in or exported from the United States of America. The CBSA will make a determination no later than December 24, 2020, and will issue a Statement of Reasons by January 8, 2021. (here)
