  • CBSA issues statement of reasons on oil country tubular goods from China. The Canada Border Services Agency issued its statement of reasons July 17 concerning its expiry review determination on July 3 under the Special Import Measures Act with respect to the dumping and subsidizing of oil country tubular goods originating in or exported from China, that expiration of the 2015 order is likely to result in the continuation or resumption of dumping and of subsidizing of certain OCTG originating in or exported from China.
