"That’s hardly moving with the urgency that a growing scam like this requires," Commissioner Jessica Rosenworcel said. "So I am pleased that my colleagues agreed to my request to fast track this effort and turn it into" an NPRM. Commissioner Geoffrey Starks also issued a statement of support.
