In a separate notice, Commerce said it is seeking comments on future extensions of temporary general licenses under the Export Administration Regulations. The agency said it will use the comments to evaluate whether it should continue extending temporary general licenses and “whether any other changes may be warranted to the temporary general license.” Commerce also said it wants to identify “any alternative authorization or other regulatory provisions” that may better address what its temporary general licenses’ authorize. Comments are due March 25.
