Bosch says it should have instead been classified under subheading 8517.62.0050 (free), 8517.69.0000 (free) or 8517.70.0000 (free). #20-00030. Filed Feb. 3.

Novolipetsk Steel Public Joint Stock Company, challenging the Commerce Department's final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on hot-rolled flat-rolled carbon quality steel products from Russia in 2017-18. #20-00031. Filed Feb. 3.

PrimeSource Building Products, Inc., challenging President Donald Trump's imposition of a new set of Section 232 tariffs on steel and aluminum “derivative” products on Feb. 8 (see 2002060075). #20-00032. Filed Feb. 4.

Tokyo Ohka Kogyo America Inc., on the classification of photoresists and other chemical products for photographic uses. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 3707.90.32 (3.2%). Ohka America says it instead should have been classified under subheading 3707.10.00 (3%). #20-00033. Filed Feb. 4.

Bioparques de Occidente, S.A. de C.V., Agricola La Primavera, S.A. de C.V., and Kaliroy Fresh LLC, challenging Commerce's decision to withdraw from the 2013 suspension agreement on fresh tomatoes from Mexico, as well as Commerce's final determination in the resumed antidumping duty investigation. #20-00034. Asociación Mexicana de Horticultura Protegida, A.C., Asociación de Productores de Hortalizas del Yaqui y Mayo, Confederación de Asociaciones Agrícolas del Estado de Sinaloa, A.C., Consejo Agrícola de Baja California, A.C., and Sistema Producto Tomate, challenging Commerce's decision to withdraw from the 2013 suspension agreement on fresh tomatoes from Mexico, as well as Commerce's final determination in the resumed antidumping duty investigation. #20-00035. Oman Fasteners, LLC, challenging President Donald Trump's imposition of a new set of Section 232 tariffs on steel and aluminum “derivative” products on Feb. 8. #20-00036. Filed Feb. 6.

Optima Steel International, LLC, challenging Commerce's final determination that imports of corrosion-resistant steel products from Vietnam are circumventing antidumping and countervailing duty orders on corrosion-resistant steel product from South Korea (see 1912230042). #20-00037. Filed Feb. 7.
