The Canada Border Services Agency on Oct. 23 issued Customs Notice 19-21, which amends the decommissioning date of the legacy Other Government Department (OGD) Release Service Options OGD Pre-Arrival System (PARS) and OGD Release on Minimum Documentation (RMD), to April 1, 2020.
