  • CBSA initiates normal value review of large diameter carbon and alloy steel line pipe. The Canada Border Services Agency on Oct. 22 initiated a normal value and export price review to update the normal values and export prices of certain welded large diameter carbon and alloy steel line pipe (large line pipe) exported from Japan to Canada by Sumitomo Corporation. The review is part of CBSA’s enforcement of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s injury finding that was issued October 20, 2016, with respect to the dumping of large line pipe from Japan.
  • NAFTA textile/apparel TPL utilization. Global affairs updated the 2019 NAFTA textile and apparel tariff preference level utilization rate for imports and exports.
