  • CBSA issues scope ruling on orders on certain seamless casing and tubular goods from China. The Canada Border Services Agency issued a scope ruling on Sept. 6 that insulated tubing and vacuum insulated tubing are not subject to the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s orders issued on Nov. 28, 2018, in Expiry Review No. RR-2017-006 and March 2, 2015, in Expiry Review No. RR-2014-003, concerning the dumping and subsidizing of certain seamless casing and oil country tubular goods originating in or exported from China.
  • Product Recall: Various Jacquard Gutta Resist products manufactured in the United States recalled, for lacking bilingual chemical hazard labels and child-resistant packaging, posing flammability and aspiration hazards.
