  • CBSA issues statement of reasons on certain aluminum extrusions from China. The Canada Border Services Agency on Aug. 16 issued its statement of reasons regarding its determination on Aug. 2 that expiration of a 2014 Canadian International Trade Tribunal order is likely to result in the continuation or resumption of dumping, and continuation or resumption of subsidizing, of certain aluminum extrusions originating in or exported from China.
  • Product Recalls: Matrix Vavoom Freezing Spray manufactured in the United States recalled, for missing mandatory hazard labeling.
