Moscow plans to equip business centers, stadiums, main streets, congress halls, railway stations and airports with “high-capacity ultra-fast, low-latency mobile communications” for new 5G-enabled services for a range of devices from smartphones to fixed wireless access points, said Yulia Klebanova, Qualcomm Europe vice president-business development.
