Wearing apparel and accessories was again the main category of seized counterfeits, representing 18 percent of all IPR seizures, CBP said. Seizures of computer networking equipment affixed with counterfeit trademarks increased by 25 percent year over year, accounting for $15.5 million in total MSRP in FY18. The total estimated MSRP of all the seized goods "increased to nearly $1.4 billion from over $1.2 billion in FY 2017," the agency said.
