Repositioning of empty containers in Canadian waters. The CBSA has issued Customs Notice 19-07 which replaces Customs Notice 19-03, Repositioning of Empty Containers in Canadian Waters, and amends the information on how shipping companies using foreign-flagged vessels to reposition empty containers (that they own or lease) in Canadian waters (on a non-revenue basis) are to be treated.(here)
NAFTA textile/apparel TPL utilization. DFAIT updated the 2019 NAFTA textile and apparel tariff preference level utilization rate for imports (here) and exports. (here)
