Canadian Government Notices for March 11
The government of Canada recently issued the following trade-related notices for March 11 (note that some may also be given separate headlines):

- CITT initiates expiry review for aluminum extrusions from China. The Canadian International Trade Tribunal on March 8 initiated an expiry review of its order made on March 17, 2014, in Expiry Review No. RR-2013-003, continuing, without amendment, its findings made on March 17, 2009, in Inquiry No. NQ-2008-003, as amended by its determination made on February 10, 2011, in Inquiry No. NQ‑2008‑003R, to determine if the continued or resumed dumping and subsidizing of aluminum extrusions from China is likely to result in injury to the domestic industry. The Canada Border Services Agency will determine if there is likelihood of resumed or continued dumping and subsidizing by Aug. 6, 2019. If that determination is positive, CITT will determine, on Jan. 13, 2020, whether the continued or resumed dumping and subsidizing are likely to result in injury.
