TV in the next six months, up from 11.2 percent each in July and June, and flat with 14 percent in August 2017, said the board. The overall consumer confidence index increased to its highest level since October 2000, it said: “Overall, these historically high confidence levels should continue to support healthy consumer spending in the near-term.”
