That subheading is for "Blooms, billets and slabs of stainless steel and other products, provided for in subheading 7218.91.00 and 7218.99.00." Currently, absolute quotas apply only to imports of steel from South Korea, though similar quotas will eventually apply to steel and aluminum from Argentina and steel from Brazil (see 1805020037). Other countries may also eventually be subject to quotas.
