Taiwan Is Country of Origin for LED Display Cabinets for Procurement Purposes, CBP Says

The country of origin for imported LED cabinets is Taiwan for U.S. government procurement purposes, CBP said in a final determination. Vanguard LED Displays "imports the components of the video display cabinets and assembles the cabinets from the imported components at their facility in Lakeland, Florida," CBP said. The agency found that the assembly process isn't complex enough to be considered a substantial transformation and all but two of the components are sourced from Taiwan.
