CBP Updates Los Angeles/Long Beach Seaport Trade Interface Email Address

CBP updated the email address for the Trade Interface Unit at the Los Angeles/Long Beach seaport, the agency said in a Sept. 14 public bulletin. The updated address for the unit is LALB-TIU@CBP.DHS.GOV. CBP "will make every effort to process and return entries within 72 hours of filing" for paper entries, though entries filed in ACE "will take priority," the agency said. The bulletin also includes a list of frequently asked questions on several subjects, including exam instructions, consolidated shipments and proper document routing.
