Treasury Dept. Seeks Input on Customs Regulations Deserving Repeal or Update

The Treasury Department is seeking public comments on regulations, including "Treasury regulations and guidance issued under the Department’s Customs Revenue Function," that deserve repeal or updates, it said in a notice (here). As part of the administration's deregulatory effort (see 1703010025), Treasury "invites interested members of the public to provide input on those Treasury regulations and guidance that should be modified or eliminated in order to reduce burdens." Comments are due July 31.
