US Is Country of Origin of Gearmotor for Government Procurement, CBP Says
The U.S. is the country of origin for government procurement purposes of a gearmotor, CBP said in a final determination (here). The imported parts are "substantially transformed as a result of the assembly operations" in the U.S., CBP said.
