Starling to serve as special assistant to the president for Agriculture, Trade and Food Assistance; and Kenneth Juster to serve as deputy NEC director and deputy assistant to the president for International Economic Affairs, in which he will serve as the lead U.S. negotiator for the G-7, G-20 and Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summits.
