TTB Proposes Changes to Wine Production Regulations
The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau is proposing to amend its regulations on the production of wine, it said (here). Proposed changes affect the permissible treatments that may be applied to wine and to juice from which wine is made. Comments on the proposed rule are due Jan. 23.
