In May 2016, the bureau found that the station was still operating from the same church building, the NAL said. “That Mr. Oburoni continued to operate an unlicensed station after being put on notice that his actions contravened the Act, the Rules, and related Commission decisions and orders, demonstrates a deliberate disregard for the Commission's authority and requirements,” said the NAL. Oburoni couldn’t be reached for comment, and his station’s website’s online broadcast wasn’t functioning.
